PAYMENT
PROCESSING
Items are subject to prior sale. Many titles are those which we attempt to keep in stock, hence that shipped may vary slightly from that described, but of at least equal quality and content.
SHIPPING
RETURNS
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include postage when check or money order accompanies order; when VISA or Mastercard is charged, postage is added. There are no "handling" fees; handling books is our pleasure.
Orders of new customers will be shipped promptly upon receipt of money order or credit card instructions; when payment is by check shipment may be delayed until check clears. Phone or e-mail orders are reserved one week pending receipt of payment or academic institutional purchase order. New York State residents, please add appropriate sales tax or furnish signed exemption certificate.
U.S. and Canadian shipments are by Postal Service and overseas by surface; insurance is at the discretion of the proprietors. Other arrangements can be negotiated at the time order is placed.
If books are unsatisfactory, returns are accepted within two weeks of receipt; they should be carefully wrappped and insured.
